Check battery first.

Check fuses.

Run a jumper wire from battery + to coil red/black wire. That will bypass the bank angle sensor and fuel injection relay.

Report back.

I had a Rancher that did the same and the fuel injection relay wasn't making a good connection.

You may be right but I didn't see any signs of water intrusion in any connector on the pcm, if I could find out where the power goes from the battery, and what directs power to everything I may find the culprit but I won't rule out a pcm
As someone who has TWICE replaced the ECU, only to find out that the ECU was not the culprit, check EVERYTHING twice before you shell out $$$ on a part that rarely goes bad.

Do any of your fuses have power on either side?
