Couple of days ago I started my unit it ran for about 30 seconds and died. I changed the battery and now it won't start it has power but never turns over. Anyone got any suggestions?

pull the spark plug, put it back in the boot, lay it on the engine, crank it over, watch for spark ?.. if you get spark ?, then check the compression.

As stated, I believe the spark plug is bad and "trust" me it can go bad quickly, and unexpectedly, so I would not be surprised if that was the issue.

take an old screw driver, jump the starter solenoid to see if it will turn over then ?, if it does ?, then your starter solenoid is bad .
