Just got a 2013 Rancher 2wd. In immaculate shape, all seems to be in working order with the exception of second gear. It won't go into second until it's warmed up a little bit (a couple of minutes of idling) or some gas in 1st for about 15 seconds. Have to give it a few good tugs with your foot to get it to move. No matter how warm the engine is though, that first shift into second doesn't want to go, gotta jam it. Once it's into second a couple times and you've been cruising for a minute or two it shifts normal. Have a few rides about 5 hours on it myself and same every time and never a problem once it's warm. Is this normal'ish ATV/Honda/Rancher stuff or is there something I should look further into?

I found the service manual download/sticky link here, but I couldn't find one that fit my specific years 2017 rancher 420 4x4 and 2013 rancher 420 2wd. Will some of the ones posted work for those years?
