Saturday I used it to pull a trailer around front. When going to crank it back up t It will turn over but wont start. I have changed spark plug, I verified gas is coming from the fuel pump to the injector. If i put gas in spark plug hole or intake it will run for a second or 2. I did have rats chew the wires that go to the angle sensor and the ignition wires back by the battery(about a year ago). I have repaired all the wires I find and there is no longer any check engine lights blinking. It has been running since the wire repair. I'm out of any idea of what it can be except for possibly a clogged injector. Is there any other wires I should check that may run the fuel injection? I have looked over it several times and don't see anything chewed up. The atv only has 211 miles on it. Any help or ideas would be great.

does this atv sit a LOT,
my guess is answer is YES
so on this note, MY suggestion will be drain tank
get fresh fuel and see what happens!
and MAKE sure the KILL switch is not in the KILL spot
don't laugh it happens! also make sure the air filter is clean and flowing air!

It does sit a lot. I have already drained tank and added fresh fuel. The air filter is clean. As far as the kill switch are you referring to the red one on the left handle? If so it wont even turn over if not in the middle position.

OK< then, have you made sure you have spark at the plug?

do you have a service manual
if not, get one, either a free down load, or check places like ebay for a used hard copy
in the manual will have tests to test the fuel pump and like things, and will have trouble shooting advice here, that might solve your issue

yes there is spark. I just downloaded the service manual. i think my next step is the clean the throttle body.
remove the air box lid, spray a SHORT burst of starting fluid to the air filter, crank it over, if it does not fire/run for a couple secs on this ?, you have a compression issue ?, or a timing issue ?.

I can get it to run for a few seconds by doing that. I had a mechanic friend(not an atv mechanic) look at it and he thinks its a electrical issue but I have looked at the wires for hours and cant find anything that looks bad. Im going to get a meter to test all the wires going to the injectors and throttle body. I think they are working because if I unplug any of them the check engine light starts flashing. I'll probably be loading it up and hauling it to the dealership. Thinking about trading it in on a pioneer.
