My 12 TRX420FA starts fine then after warmed up it will die out when applying throttle. Runs fine in neutral. Always have good fuel. Gets used regularly.

Likely the fuel pump is weak/failing and the fuel filter needs replacing. There are a number of other things that can cause your issue as well. Clean the IACV, throttle position sensor, throttle body, injector, and re-initialize the TP/MAP sensor (clear any stored trouble codes first) per the service manual. Basically, the fuel system likely needs to be disassembled and thoroughly cleaned. Replace the filter and test the fuel pump... as those pumps are known to be chintzy and fail at the first opportunity.

Is your battery good? Fresh gas? Any other symptoms before replacing said parts? Were parts OEM or known good brand?

OEM parts. No other symptoms. It starts. Runs a few seconds then dies. Drained fuel and put fresh, same problem.

Have you cleaned the carb/throttle body? Checked the timing?
