The bar that runs horizontal on the lower control arms on both sides of the front of the atv is fairly rusted and it seems to flex partially when heavy force is applied by hand. I could be wrong but this needs to be replaced very soon, or could it possibly wait a couple of rides? Also I’m having a fairly noticeable pull to the right. The ball joints and bearings feel tight however there is some play in the tie rod ends. The rear right tire was replaced while the rest weren’t and has visually noticeable more tread. Could that be the main cause of the pull?

I don’t think you will harm anything on a few more trail rides and likely not notice the pull on winding unpacked dirt trails. I would get a new arm and while there replace bushings on both both sides. Also make sure the tires are running the same air pressure.

Thank you for the tips, I checked tire pressures and the left rear was very high compared to the right rear. Haven’t been able to drive it yet but hopefully adjusting them to the same will fix the pull.

You will be amazed how sensitive these units are to air pressure and influences steering/handling greatly. A good riding pressure varies, but 8-12 psi is good starting place.
