It want start in neutral but as soon as I put it in first it start right up but it want turn over unless I have the right break handle pull what can be causing this
sounds like the neutral switch is not working ?. it has to show neutral on dash, and has to be in neutral to start. by using the brake lever, in 1st, your simply bypassing the neutral safety switch.
