I'm rebuilding a Honda 86 200s and would like to get more power out of it what should i do to get more power ,i saw a hi pro cam on ebay i was thinking about and was thinking about boring but how far to go? what else can i do to get the best power...

I'd say an aftermarket air filter, and some exhaust and a jet kit would be a good place to start. I don't know that you'll find an exact replacement for exhaust but fabing something up wouldn't be to hard with a universal slip on or a Tractor Muffler even if you like em loud. I'm not sure how far you can bore that machine out but doing that would probably gain you a little bit.

i have a pipe off of yfz 450 think that would work

Not sure about the pipe but with fabbing anything could work I suppose?? Check wiseco piston's website and see what they offer for your model. Webcamshafts or hotcams would be a better choice for cams over Ebay IMO

If you can make it fit that would be fine.I have a chopped warrior pipe on my 250x.

i cut the pipe and its working on the current 185 motor but i have a slight hesitation now any suggestions on how to cure that problem on the 185
