200es help

Hi guys so my 200es is acting weird so i was going to have a bike ride today but once i started to take off i notice i wasn't taking off as fast as i usually do in high gear but once u get up to 3rd gear the bike will start jerking also i feel like i hear scarping in the motor but i did notice that my front tire shaft is missing its bearing so that might be the nosie i hear of matel scarping up on eachother but what could be making my bike lack in power and jerk in 3rd gear and higher the bike all together does not sound the same anything would help
