I recently purchased a Warn 25RT winch and a Warn 75660 mount for my 2009 Rancher. I have followed the instructions to the letter and can not get it to fit. If anyone has hints or pictures that might help, I would appreciate it. I have validated from Warn that this winch and mount work on this machine. HELP!!!

How about you get us started by posting links to the mount and winch, and then post pictures of the stuff and the front of the bike, with the mount, and show us how it's not fitting.

Is the mounting plate or the winch itself not fitting?

The mounting plate seems to extend to far forward, unless I have the winch in the wrong position.

Figured it out last night.

Thanks for the assistance offers. I went back to the drawing board last and started from scratch. I was able to get it installed perfectly as designed. The installation instructions from Warn included black & white photos with dialog instead of diagrams. I like the pictures; however, some of the detail gets lost. Long story short, I was using the wrong bolt pattern on the top mounting bracket. It is snug, but it fits.

What Mount kit did you use? I used the one from fuse powersports and it fit perfeclty but you have to swap one of the spacers with washers.
