I have a 2009 Rancher auto/es selectable shift. It will shift thru all gears 1-5 and back and will also go in neutral or reverse and back. The problem is that it seems to build up rpms b4 shifting into the next gear, then shifts hard into gear. It also slips out of gear into neutral (not really neutral, more like pulling in a clutch on a manual) then dumps back into gear. It does this when put under load/stress. I tried it up hill and downhill. Load/stress causes it badly and like i said it does it in between gears as well, when shifting up or down.
