My new 2009 fuel-injected Rancher is hard to start when the weather is cold out. I have taken it to the dealer for the 60 hour checkup, and they said the plug was fouled and they had changed it. I took it home and it was still hard to start cold. Any suggestions ? Thanks

Sounds to me like something could be wrong with your injection programming. It may not be making the proper fuel adjustments to start when it's cold.
