My 2009 Rancher 350 auto pops out of gear. When you slow down you can shift back into gear..Does it when you are riding hard and shifting fast. No warning just seems to go out of gear like you shifted into neutral. Any ideas ?

Welcome to the forum.

First let's clarify what model you have, because they never made a 350 auto 2009, or any year for that matter.

Year and model would help the most, for example 2009 TRX420FA or 2006 TRX350FE. Alternatively identified as Rancher 420 AT 4x4 or Rancher 350 ES 4x4, etc.

Or a picture :)

May not help you fix the problem but I would adjust the clutch first.

If it's an auto and an 09, it's probably a 420AT. If so, it doesn't have a clutch adjustment. It's a DCT (dual clutch transmission). Runs on oil pressure.

First thing would be oil level, and what kind of oil you're running.
