Hi,

I plan to rebuild my 2007 TRX450ER carburetor with the Shindy 03-059 carb repair kit as it is leaking. Any ideas when I can get a diagram/schematic so I can it back properly? Try online manual and not find anything on that so far

It's self explanatory really when you take it apart.
Best advice... Take photos as you disassemble, reverse to assemble.

A leak would indicate float valve (pilot valve) to me. I would order that and replace before spending money on a full rebuild kit.

Should I replace everything come with the rebuild kit since I already ordered it, or just the float valve only?

i would do the whole thing, and be done with it. make sure the carb is cleaned out good.

Thanks, will do. I plan to clean it with Gumout Carb and Choke cleaner. Please advise if something else should be used.
