hi i am new here and the proud owner of a 2007 rincon. I am havein a major issue whit the atv. the speedo dont work it just says 0 when moving,also in AUTO it will not shift from 1st gear and after about 200 feet the F1 light blinks,the 4x4 light also blinks and will not go into 4 wheel drive and the D goes blank. In esp it will shift up but when you down shift it does not slow the engine untill you touch the thumbthrottle and also after about 200 feet also the esp light blinks gear number goes blank and than reacts the same as in auto.

i unhooked the battery and also unplugged the computer to see if it would reset itself and it dosnt also when you turn off the the atv and restart it it seems good for the first 200 feet but the spedo dont work and hunting season is near and i would hate to buy a 700 dollar computer for it i was thinking it might be the sensor to goes in to the front gear box

Welcome to the forums. Just a guess, but might be the speed sensor. If the speed sensor is bad, the speedometer can't work correctly and the transmission won't shift gears properly. If you have a service manual, you should be able to retrieve any stored trouble codes.

thanks for your responce.......i was thinking the same thing ,i took it off to check and see if the wires was bad i thought they were because by feel and what little i could see looked like the covering was comming off and feelt like it was cracked but the cover ended and it was a pain in the butt i have some mechanical experance i was a harley davidson tech and i was the service mgr at the harley-honda dealer

Once you re install the ecm/pgm you usually have to initialize them by following a certain procedure of key off,buttons pressed,key on,buttons pressed in a certain order...It is all in the free manual located in the schematics,and manuals section on the main page in here,locate your atv in the list,download it,and save it to your desktop for fast,easy referral...hondaatvforums.net is the password when/if prompted...

i replaced my winch mini rocker switch and hooked it up exactly the way i took it off. now when the key is on and i push the swicth in or out, i hear a semi loud clicking coming from the main relay behind the air box, any suggestions.

I 680 Rincon just stop running. When turn the key switch to on position I have no power and cant be started. Where do I start to look first to see what Is the problem

UN Allo problèmes with mon. Rincon 2007 faite réparée 2 fois et encore revenu moteur coupe après 2 a4 minutes et déjà changé starter célénoie et machine as 5 000 kilo besoin de conseil merci gang
