Check the fuel pump relay operation. Make sure it sends power to the pump connector when it activates. Then apply battery voltage to the pump at the unplugged connector to see if the pump runs. If it does not run after verifying that it is getting power, replace the fuel pump and fuel filter assemblies with OEM Honda parts ONLY.

EDIT: You'll need a copy of the service manual to work on that bike:

I just reread your post and it looks like I jumped to conclusion... didn't see your no-spark portion of the post. Sorry about that!

Check the Bank Angle Sensor operation. If it tests out fine, apply battery voltage to the positive terminal on the ignition coil and see if you get spark. Let us know the results of those tests.

Thank you very much for your replies, i thought that noone had even replied, thought i may have posted incorrectly or who knows what, so thank you once again,,,, the angle sensor delima,,,,well honestly, tmreading comp has never been my strong suit. Im getting confused as to which terminal the service manual is referring to. I have 3 wires coming off my sensor,,,red/white,,grn/blk,, and grn.

Yeah thats the correct wire colors. Do you havea multimeter? The manual explains how to test that Bank Angle Sensor. Take it off the bike, see if it works or not and put it back on.

Try to connect a jumper wire from the positive (red) battery terminal to the positive terminal on the ignition coil. Turn the ignition on, trans in neutral, kill switch on, crank the motor using the starter and check for spark across the spark plug gap. Test in a dark area so you can see the spark if it produces any.

Let us know how that goes.
