2006 rubicon 500 flashing D1 / D2 ESP

I have a 2006 rubicon 500 that has a problem. it flashes the D1 / D2 and ESP. i changed the angle sensor because i heard it was a common problem and i didnt do anything. It basically acts like it doesnt know what gear it is in and wont shift. it doesnt matter if cam in d1 / d 2 or esp. It happened more if i have played in the puddles so i am wondering if water is in connection or a sensor acting up. i just know what sensor. i thank you in advance for any help

Could the flashes. See if it's throwing error code.

Also check your fuses. The ign fuse on mine wasn't making a good connection and it blinked D1/D2/ESP. Wouldn't turn over then so probably not your problem but thought I'd mention it.
