I bought my arv from a guy. It won't crank unless I spray gas in the carb or if I have it in full throttle. Even when I'm able to crank it it backfires then dies out a few minutes later. It gets fuel to the carb but the fuel line still leaks fuel when it's turned off. He told me he replaced the carb a little while back.
