2006 Honda Rincon 680 FI light stays on and so do fans

i have a 2006 680 and after 2 hours of riding the fans were on and the FI light stays lit.
it stalled twice before i just left it for an hour. i went back and it rode fine but the fans and FI light are still on....
ANY SUGGESTIONS???

Did you check all the fuses yet?
