Need help! Cant get my 4 wheeler to start. No power to starter button or headlights. Can crank n starts with solenoid but cant get power to switch or lights. Can anyone tell me what these are in the pictures. Cant figure out what they are. The clear one with Ted wires coming out the end and the black fuse box

looks like some one did a hack job on the wires !. down load the service manual, and give it a read !.
