There is an upgraded gear-set that you can replace that will stop the grinding.

Big Red Gear Reduction
The Big Red 700 side-by-side uses the same engine as the Rincon. The Big Red is geared lower, so you can swap the gears under the rear case to Big Red gears getting a gear reduction to run bigger tires.
I did the BRGR and replaced those redesigned gears that are grinding on you on my buddy's 06 last year. No more grinding in gear, and he can do a wheelie from a dead stop with the BRGR. His top speed did drop quite a bit though.

I think he tops out about 45-48 now, but he's still running stock sized tires. He needs to put bigger tires on there, and then while his speedometer will be off, things will balance out a little better with the gearing and tires.
