Okso here is my deal machine will crank up , put it in drive it it like it barely wants to move in foward and reverse , its like something is binding , also you can put it in neutral and can not turn rear wheels by hand freely , rear brakes are not locked up

It sounds like the brakes are jammed up. Check the diff too, make sure there is oil in it.
