Had this issue recently with an Arctic Cat build, turns out that the spark plug gap was ridiculously small and the plug boot was very worn inside where it locates onto the plug, new spark plug and boot fixed the issue completely.
I’ve never experienced an issue like this so that’s all I have to offer. Might be worth a shot before you throw money at it.
