Bike starts right up, I can rev in neutral with no problem, when I put it in 1st and hit full throttle it start bogging out and same goes for 2nd, 3rd and the rest of the gears. It does not cut off when it does this. I have replaced the carb, I made sure I am getting fuel. I also want to add I snorkeled the bike using 1.25 inch pvc into 2inch intake, I ran all the air line vents too. Any help is appreciated.

OEM carb on it? Or a china knockoff? If OEM carb check the throttle slide diaphragm for cracks or holes, especially around the inner edges where the rubber attaches to the slide and around the outer edges of the rubber where it seals down under the cover. If its a china carb you're on your own until you put the OEM carb back on it.

Snorkels can cause troubles too. Sometimes ya gotta alter the diameter of the tubing to get them to work.

You can find a copy of the service manual linked here if you need one:

Agreed on the snorkel comment above. Sounds like your mixture is too rich. Might be the smaller snorkel has reduced air flow to the point of an overly rich mixture. Disconnect the snorkel to see. 1.25" from 2" is large reduction in air flow.
