I am baffled, My engine purrs My transmission is in gear, but the engines power does NOT get to the tires. When the engine is off, and I put it into 1st through 5th gear, I can push it in reverse, but not forward, and reverse is reversed. I have the front cover off, and the harmonizer looks a tad burnt. what do you guys think it could be?

What you're describing here is normal.

Not really sure what you're calling "harmonizer".

Will the ATV pull at all when in gear?

When the engine is running, I get nothing when it is in gear, I just came from bike bandit, and saw that what I called the harmonizer is actually the inner clutch, I have photos, but I dont know how to post them

I adjusted my clutch the other day and had the adjustment screw way too far to the left and didn't get any power in any gear. It would take about 5 minutes to turn the screw right a little and see if that is the problem.

To adjust the clutch free play, you will have to put the front cover back on and the adjustment screw is on the front cover. To adjust, loosen the locknut and slowly turn the adjusting screw counterclockwise until you feel resistance. Next, turn the adjusting screw clockwise 1/4 turn. Now hold the adjusting screw while you tighten the locknut. If that doesn't fix it, one of the clutches might be out. When you put it in gear, does it jerk or try to pull at all and does it feel like it's going into gear? Did it do this all of a sudden?
