I have a 2005 Honda rubicon with the straight axle. I’ve been through multiple sets of wheel bearings due to water getting in because the seals failed. Is there anything I can do to help keep water out?

yeah..maybe stay out of the water ?.

Welcome to the forum.

Use better bearings, and some people drill a hole in the knuckle and bearing outer race and add a grease zerk so they can grease between rides.
