2003 TRX500FA Rubicon lower steering shaft bearing replacement?

What's the easiest way to replace the lower steering shaft bearing, seals and dust covers?

I hate to say it, but earlier we replaced everything in the front suspension but this, now it's all over the place, darting because it's loose.

with the front diff in the frame, it will be hard to hammer the bearing up and out of the frame. hate to say it, but its best to do this while the front diff is out of the frame. with the front diff in the frame, it will be very hard to access the lower part of the bearing to hammer it up and out once you remove the cir-clip from under the top dust seal.
