2003 Recon ES Swingarm Bearings

I am replacing the bearings in my swingarm (front bearings). When pulling the bearings out, the outer race (ring) did not come out. Do you have to remove the grease seals to get the race out. And if so, does anybody have any suggestions? :mellow:

Yeah take the seals out. I have used an air hammer to get races out before and it worked great.
