When did it stop engaging reverse, what conditions do you ride in, any previous issues etc etc....

Have you checked battery voltage? Battery needs to be 12.4 volts or above to be good.

2003 Honda TRX350TE Rancher, electric shift. Red reverse button on left front brake lever on handlebars. Press down on button, pull brake lever, and down shift from neutral, shifts into reverse. was working , but suddenly quit couple days ago. Does have an adjustment on reverse cable. Thank you for your time!

If battery is good it stands a good chance of being the shift motor. You'll have to remove it and clean out the old grease, replace with lithium or silicone grease and refit. Usually the grease gets hard and slows down the motor.

Ride in dry conditions only. Battery showing over 12 v. Is that reverse on any kind of fuse?
