I'm have a 2003 foreman. i'm installing a warn rt25. does anyone know what wire to splice the mini-rocker switch into?

You dont have to post it in different place. The mods will move it if its in the wrong place. Just give it a little time and some one will help you out. We have several guys with winches that will me more than happy to help you out.
