In most cases if it starts by jumping the solenoid the solenoid is bad. Unless there is some unknown wiring issues. The teather if hooked up right should just kill spark. Not make it not turn over when hitting the start button.

Does the neutral light come on? There is a fuse back by the battery, those tend to blow. If the light does not come on it will not start.

Also your button could be worn out. Take the two wires and touch them together to see if it is the switch gone bad.

I checked the fuses they are good with the chluch in even if the nutral light don't come on it should still start if I'm not mistakin ? The siloniod is brand new so that's not a factor I looked at some wiring diagrams and hooked up one that I thought and it showed needed to be hooked up and it still won't start with the button plus the starter switch is brand new

Is the clutch perch still the oem one? If not then your clutch switch had to be by-passed and the clutch in start without the green light dont happen anymore. If its aftermarket the only way it will start is with the green light on if they wired it the safe way. If its wired the unsafe way it will legit start in gear which is sketchy! If your not getting a green light either the light bulb is out or the neutral safety switch is bad or the wire to it is broken. Should be a single green wire going down the shifter side(left side) of the engine. Should be right down by where the shifter attatches to the gear linkage.
