are there suppose to be hoses on the end of these 2 nipples on the carb. This carb is only a year old and as I was riding it appears to have the 2 hoses. Now when I was riding. Fuel started pouring out from the bottom nipple. I put my finger in front of it and the fuel came out of the upper nipple instead. I really don't know what to do. If I need hoses. U connect them to carb. But where do the other ends go. I have looked everywhere

those are over flow lines. your float needle is sticking, not shutting fuel off.
You may be able to do a simple quick fix or may have to take carb off and clean it. Quick fix is turn petcock off, drain float bowl then blow compressed air through the float bowl drain. It may unstick float but no promises. If it doesn't then take carb off and clean it inside and out.

Don't ever do that again Johnny! You'll collapse and bust the hollow float from excessive air pressure everytime! You can tap on the bowl with a plastic screwdriver handle... but NEVER apply compressed air to a float bowl assembly. Unless yer very wealthy of course. :)
