I don't think the Rubicon has a clutch adjustment. The only clutch that a Rubicon has is the centrifugal clutch and they aren't adjustable.

thanks! i'm trying to trouble shoot this machine! its cranks and runs but won't go soooo! jus tryn to figure out sumthin got code 2 and code 11 thinkin it might be the shift control motor

i did just download that manual tryn to figure why this bike wont turn the tires it cranks fine and purs like a kitten it will shift but will not attempt to turn the tires one bit like i said clicks through the gears fine but will not pull at all is it in failsafe mode is it the clutches, the tranny, is it a sensor or the shift motor or a electircal problem thanks for your help bro!

I don't know much about the Rubicon transmission, other than they have a centrifugal clutch and some type of sealed auto transmission. I read somewhere that the sealed auto transmission didn't have any serviceable parts and had to be replaced as a unit. Wish I could have been more help. Maybe someone else will come along that will know more about them.

I read somewhere about the codes and failsafe mode, I'll see if I can figure out where I was at the time. I don't know anything about them but I do remember reading that somewhere.

We ave one doing the same thing. Dealership indicates it is the transmission.....YIKES I may learn to be a mechanic. I would be interested if you find some other clues.
