Hey guys i am new to the forum and i was just wondering if you guys had any suggestions for an aftermarket exhaust for my 2002 rancher 350 2x4 ES. I would like a exhaust that will make some noise and gain some noticeable power. I ride on my own land so nobody should get mad at me from the noise except for my parents lol! I heard hmf is good. Basically i was just wondering if anybody had any suggestions.
Thanks, Andrew

I just put a HMF Penland Pro on my 2006 Rancher 350 4x4 last week. I am very pleased with the sound, its not too loud when putt-putting around, but when you get down on the throttle, it will bark pretty loud...

HMF highly recomends to re-jet your carb when adding the muffler, so I would suggest to do the same. I purchaced the HMF jet kit along with the muffler and together they really "woke up" the 350...

HMF recomended the 142 jet, but with the factory airfilter, it was dumping too much fuel and causing it to spit and sputter. I dropped down to the 138 and that cured all of the spitting and sputtering...

I got a great deal by shopping on Ebay... good luck and I hope this helps...
