I have replaced solenoid and starter with new parts. Still only getting a clicking noise bit won't start. Battery is good and o have checked all fuses. Please help

Were the starter motor and the solenoid you replaced both genuine Honda OEM parts, or cheap china knockoffs?

If china, replace with OEM before that garbage solenoid sticks and ruins your battery, or worse, burns your garage down. If OEM, check out this sticky (or refer to the free service manual):
