I forgot to install the o’ring on the sleeve when doing top end ! Almost completed and noticed it ! New cylinder , piston and rings . Should I tear it back down and install ? Thanks

Absolutely install it before you crank it!!!!

Did you remove the old one? I have reused this gasket on a few occasions and have had zero problems from it.
