I just got my 400ex last week. Rode it all weekend and all is well. I noticed one of the headlight bulbs is rolling around in the housing. Do you just twist the back side of the headlight to change the bulb?

Yeah, just push in on it and turn it counterclockwise.

I ended up removing the entire head light housing. I couldnt get the bulb out from just removing the back. I ordered two new bulbs and a new wire harness. The wire harness I had had one of the contacts too low and it was not fully touching the bulb. So the headlight would work off and on. I also ordered some new plastic fasteners that hold the black piece on because I tore them up removing the housing. The design they have sure doesnt make it easy to remove the housing.
