I had an 02/02 that was totaled when I flipped it down a mountain. I think the motor is still good. Anyone looking for parts let me know. The motor is the ES350

A Warn 4-2-4 isn't a winch, it replaces the front driveshaft and allows you to have selectable 4wd, by disconnecting the front differential on full time 4wd models.

The regulator/rectifier will work on yours, if he has it. The FM and ES models use the same regulator/rectifier and those years are the same also.
