Bike parked working a year ago. Now no electric shifter and cannot move manual shifter, appears stuck/jammed/broken. Have rocked but manual shifter feels solid. Where can I access shifter mechanism, without pulling engine, to troubleshoot?

Is this the same bike and same shifting issues you posted about in Jan 2012 and again in Dec 2016, then again only 4 days ago? As mentioned in those threads its likely that the shift motor or reduction gears are damaged or stuck, preventing the ES and manual shifter both from working. You got the FSM... its time you got both of your hands dirty!
