Hello, pardon my terrible googling skills, but i could not find a clear answer to exactly what i’m searching for. I have a 2000 Rancher 350 ESP 4x4, and the motor blew on it sometime around 2 years ago. I have an opportunity to buy a 2x4 2001 Rancher 350 ESP motor for $500. what all would i need go swap from the motors in order to make the 2x4 motor a 4x4 motor?

TIA

That is the cheapest I have been able to find in my area. I’ve been looking through everything I know of through Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and even Ebay. But I can’t much cheaper for a motor, let alone a whole running bike.

you will need to split the motor, and replace the finale drive shaft inside, it runs from back to front, through the front cover. 2wd's dont have the correct drive shaft in them, no splines, and are shorter.
