Hello everyone im having trouble with my rancher 350 es it won't get out of fourth gear and the manual shift won't move. I can turn the fourwheeler on if I connect a wire to the gound on the battery to the sonioled wires that come out of it. Need help! Please

Sounds like a cracked shift plate. There was a recall on them for 2000-2001 I believe. When they break, you cant shift gears at all and it's stuck in whatever gear it broke in.

I pulled the cover and check the plate and that's in good shape what's next

Is your bike a manual shift or an electric shift... what is the full model number?
