I bought a carbeurator for my trx200d and i was stuck open at half throttle due to the neck the throttle cable meets on the top of the carb. i had to file it down and drill it out to get it to accept the throttle cable deep enough to get my throttle to idle. ive attached pics of the difference in the 2. My phone died while i was working on it or i woulda took a after modifying pic of the long nipple. So grind it down just above the indention and drill it out about 1/8 of an inch and your in buisness.

you shoulda drilled it out.. you wouldnt have to worry about water and other shit getting into your carb/jets.. and yes im from monroe. North Louisiana not far from Arkansas.
the flange on top the carb cap where the tube went into was so thin that I didn't dare try to drill it , I just grinded off the tubes base , mine had a rubber cap that slide over the cable tube and covered the flange on top the carb and a hit it with a dab of 3m5200 , so no mud was going to get in ---- it ran great with the Chinese carb , I sold that 250ex , 1 week later it got stolen from the guy I sold it to , a month after that New Orleans Police recovered it when they caught someone riding it on the streets , they did the person riding it nothing and it cost the guy like $600 for towing and storage fees , NOPD is a joke
