The jet sizes are listed in the service manual—my links below—i would double check the carb model number and then read the stamping on the jet to see what size you have.
Not sure why you’re wanting a larger jet size but yes they are available. Your local bike shop probably has a little box they keep on the shelf for all those jets they’ve ordered over the years. That’s how i got mine
