My Honda foreman is stuck in gear. I've tried rocking it back and forth while working the shifter but it still won't go into neutral? Any help would be appreciated!

Might have to pull the clutch cover off and have a look. Sometimes you will get weirdness with the linkage and/or the drum and star shaped piece

Assuming your brakes aren't locked up (which would prevent you from rocking the bike back and forth while shifting) there is probably something wrong inside like dr. feelgood mentioned. Study the service manual for clues where to snoop first before taking it apart.
