Yeah, something is still in the carb. When you clean the jets, don't forget to blow out the passageways in the carb body with an air hose. I would remove the float and float needle, the main jet, the slow jet, the starter jet, and the pilot screw. Don't loose the tiny o-ring, the tiny washer, and spring when you take the pilot screw out and make sure you lightly seat the pilot screw and count how many turns out it is before removing. After you get all those out and cleaned, blow out all the passageways in the carb body with an air hose.
