hello i have a 1999 trx300ex and today when i was getting ready for a race in noticed on the whoops/rollers that it booged down in fourth gear. i then tried 3rd gear still bogged down. then on the rythym sextion sorta on it and at the end of it when i hit the gas to hit a tabletop it boggs down. mostly stock exept some axels pipe and cdi. o and we tryed running it without the airr box lid. we never had this problem

Sounds like the carb needs to be cleaned out. Did you rejet with the pipe?

i bought the thing in june and it ran perfect and i believe it was rejeted. ill try cleaning the carb

I would also check the boot for the carb and I think there screen in the petcock that you may want to make shure is clean.
