I can’t get the rear brakes bled. I have pumped and held the peddle many times according to the service manual. Is there a rebuild kit for the master cylinder? Or is the caliper shot? The plunger in the caliper will not move.

There is a sub-assembly for the master cylinder at partzilla:
https://www.partzilla.com/catalog/h...x-a-fourtrax-300ex/rear-brake-master-cylinder

Rockymountainatv.com probably has one, too.

Can you get brake fluid to flow through the master cylinder and to bleeder valve?

If the slide pin is seized you most likely will not be able to get it to turn. Is it really seized or is the head stripped??
I hope others can give you more advice about this problem.
If it were me, I'd replace the caliper first before rebuilding the master cylinder. Inspect and clean the master cylinder and hose.

Hope this helps you.

Thx! Had me wondering to. However, I was looking forward to a TRX 300 rear disk build.
