Did you adjust it correctly? Here's a link which follows the correct procedure...

Hope that helps. If not, report back and we'll do our best to help you :)

Edit: I realise the ATV in the video is not a fourtrax 300, clutch adjustment is the same though.

Yeah I loosen the nut and decrease the play until it grabbed an tighten it back down. The shifter feel a lot better but it still doesn’t move. I hear something in the side case rattling that I have not noticed before.

In all honesty I would take the side case off and have a look inside. If you not heard it before then something could be amiss, the last thing you want are metal parts floating around with moving parts, it's a recipe for disaster.
It also appears to be your only option if you can't get any adjustment on the clutch. There are several videos on YouTube showing how to remove and refit the sidecase if it's something you've not done before.

I took he side cover off an everything looks right the clutches look fine. Everything was where it’s supposed to be. So I put it back an started it up an I don’t hear the noise anymore it still goes into gear but doesn’t move.

can you rock the atv while in gear, and its hard to push back and forth ?, if so ?, then at least the tranny part is good. was the oil changed lately ?, did you use car oil in the engine ?..if you did ?..YOU CAN NOT USE AUTO OIL IN ATVS....EVER !!..it must be oil made for wet clutches !!!!. if right oil ?, and clutch is adjusted correctly ?, and tranny is ok ?, then I would start looking at all of the drive line areas.
