1997 Recon stuck in reverse. Still shifts into neutral, but anytime you put it in gear, it is in reverse. Any recommendations? I can pull engine and tear down, but really don't want to if not necessary! Thanks in advance.

has the wireing been checked? it sounds like it is wired up backwards
