Only wants to run when the choke is on. If you cut choke off then 4-wheeler cuts off. Tried cleaning the carburator but no help. Inspected rubber piece between carburator and head. Any suggestions?

removew the carb..give it a good cleaning..your jets are stoped up.

Yeah, carb needs to be cleaned.
